Q. Are all of your products authentic?
A. Every product on our web site is brand new and 100% authentic. We only deal with reputable established suppliers who offer genuine merchandise at the best available price.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We can NOT accept VISA cards issued by international banks unless they support the AVS address verification system. We also accept PayPal.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?

Q. When will I receive my product?
A. Orders are processed the same business day and typically ship the next business day. Delivery time depends on your shipping method. Your order confirmation email will contain information on how to track your shipment.

A. During the order process you will be offered a choice of shipping methods. The charges for products, shipping, and any applicable sales taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address. These amounts will be displayed before you finalize your order.
Q. What if I need to return my order?
